Who we are

What we collect
You give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address; date of birth or age confirmation (including if a vendor checks your ID); account password (stored in hashed form by our auth provider); order contents, discount codes, and messages; notes, photos, or videos you submit about a product. We and our processors collect automatically: device, browser, IP address, and pages viewed; cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember the cart, and remember the 21+ gate; payment tokens and limited card metadata from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers). We do not ask shoppers for Social Security numbers.
How we use it
To confirm you are 21 or older; take payment, pack, ship, and send tracking; enforce state shipping rules and our gram limits; provide accounts, order history, and password reset; moderate notes you send us; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law, card-brand rules, and audits; send order and account mail (and marketing mail only if you opt in).
Cookies
We use essential cookies for the age gate, cart, and sign-in. If we add analytics or ads later, we will say so here. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop may not work without the essential ones.
Sharing
We share only as needed with payment processors and fraud tools; shipping carriers; email and hosting providers; age-verification vendors, if we use them; labs and fulfillment partners if needed to complete an order; professional advisors; law enforcement or a court when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep order, address, and age-related records as long as we need them for taxes, card disputes, shipping rules, and the law, then delete or anonymize them when we no longer need them. You may close your account; we may retain records we are required to keep.
Security
We use HTTPS and restrict staff access. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
Email orders@stankyflowers.com to see or update account information, close your account, ask us to delete information we are not required to keep, or opt out of marketing mail (order mail will still send).
California
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those words are used in California law. We do not sell or share personal information as those words are used there. You will not receive a different price for exercising these rights. Authorized agents may write to orders@stankyflowers.com. We may need to verify the request.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, write to orders@stankyflowers.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will change. Material changes may also be emailed to you.
