These terms govern your use of St. Anky Flowers. Please read them before you browse or buy.

Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to access this site, create an account, or buy anything from St. Anky Flowers. By using the site you represent that you are at least 21, that the information you give us is true, and that buying, possessing, and using hemp flower is lawful at the address you give us and in the place you will keep the product. We may ask you to confirm your age again at checkout or at delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot confirm that you are 21 or older.

What we sell
We sell hemp flower and related items that we offer as hemp under federal law in effect on the date of your order, based on the certificate of analysis for that batch. We intend each batch we sell to contain not more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis as shown on that report. This is not marijuana sold under a state cannabis license. This is not a drug, a dietary supplement, or a medical product. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims. Photos are representative. Natural products vary in color, smell, and moisture. Lab numbers on a product page are for that batch’s current report. They are not a promise about how you will feel.
Your responsibility for the law
Hemp and cannabinoid rules differ by state, county, and city, and they change. Checkout will refuse addresses we do not ship to. Passing checkout is not legal advice that the product is lawful where you live. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you live and where the product will be received. You agree not to order for anyone under 21, not to resell in a way that breaks the law, and not to export. If a carrier, government agency, or building management seizes, returns, or delays a shipment because of local rules, that is not a defect in the product. See our Shipping and Refund policies.
Orders, price, and cancellation
A listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including after payment, if: the address is not allowed, age cannot be confirmed, inventory is wrong, a lab report is missing or failing, we suspect fraud, or we cannot fulfill the order in the ordinary course. Prices, sizes, and inventory are as shown at checkout. We collect tax where we are required to. Discount codes are applied only as the checkout calculates them. You may not stack codes unless the checkout allows it. We limit how much flower you may buy: 28 grams in a single order, and 56 grams to the same address in a rolling 30-day period. Checkout will refuse an order that would break those limits.
Accounts
You must keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else used it.
User notes and photos
If you send us a note, photo, or video about a product (including from an order or as a partner), you give St. Anky Flowers a non-exclusive right to use that material on the site if we approve it. You confirm it is yours to give, it does not show anyone under 21, and it does not make medical claims. We may refuse, hide, or remove it.
Intellectual property
The site, name, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the catalog, photos, or lab files for another shop.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE WE CANNOT DISCLAIM, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a product will have a particular effect, or that hemp will remain lawful in your location. THESE STATEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE.
Limit of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, St Anky Flowers LLC AND ITS OWNERS, STAFF, AND VENDORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ABOUT AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT ORDER. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your use of a product, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NV, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark, NV, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. For a material change we may also email the address on your account.
